ABOUT US
Paul Ellison BSc MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.
He qualified in 1985 having attained a degree in Estate Management and Valuation at the University of West of England . He completed a graduate training programme at Chestertons Bristol and then moved to Hermes Fund Managers in the City of London as an asset manager.
Paul returned to Jersey in 1989 to join Hamptons where he was made a director in 1991.
In 1997 Paul joined Weatherall Green and Smith which rapidly grew from two to six fee earners.
Building on the experience of advising Corporate and Public sector clients, Paul joined the Planning and Change team at the Royal Bank of Scotland International. As Property Strategy Manager he was responsible for merging the RBS and NatWest operational portfolio across Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Isle of Man and Gibraltar.
Paul left RBSI in October 2008 to join Sandpiper CI Ltd, a Private Equity owned Company. As Property Manager, he was responsible for the asset management of the Sandpiper operational property portfolio in the Channel Islands . This included the sale of five Checkers supermarkets to Waitrose in 2010 and acquisition of retail space for new franchises including Iceland, Costa Coffee, Pasty Presto, Hotel Chocolate and M & S Homestore.
In his spare time Paul enjoys sailing and is a qualified Yacht Master.
Office adminstration is carried out by Meriel, who has various qualifications, skills and 25 years of experience in business related fields. She looks after clients and their accounts with confidentiality and professionalism.
